Our informal forum for organisations and practitioners who have already implemented CMDBs for mapping systems and services. Covering issues such as validating relationships, ownership, reporting, CI definitions, performance, or usability this may be the only place to compare notes. We'll also look at how to increase the value of the data already held within the CMDB, so that support and updates are easier to justify, as well increasing the internal CMDB user base. Please note, this is not an introduction to configuration management and we will restrict places to those with existing CMDB implementations.
